How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online to save $2.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Ticket prices at the show are: $15.00 for adults and children 12 and under are free of charge.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Is there parking near the venue?
Yes. There is parking surrounding the building in metered street spaces, private flat lots and privately managed garages. The garages offer direct entry to the convention center via Cincinnati's Skywalk System. Click here for a map of nearby parking garages
Are there any special days or promotional days I should know about?
Yes, Hero Days are Sunday, February, 25 & Sunday, March 3.
Can I bring my pet to the show?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display, or a service animal.
Are strollers allowed at this event?
Yes. We hope you and your little one have a great time at the show!
Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there are many food vendors on-site offering full meal service including hot and cold meals and snacks. Click here for a list of available concessions.
Are there ATMS on site?
Yes, there is an ATM machine located on the first floor of the Duke Energy Convention Center in the Elm Street lobby.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the facility* is fully wheelchair accessible. *Some limited access in the Garden Showcase features.
Are wheelchairs available at the show?
The Duke Energy Convention Center only has wheelchairs available for emergency services. Please bring your own wheel chair.

How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?
Please check our Exhibitor List for a list by category and booth number. Also, at the show you will receive a free show guide, which contains exhibitor listings sorted by name and by product category.
How long should I plan to stay at the show?
Generally, the show will take between a minimum of 3 to 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show. Plan to spend ample time with our many and varied exhibitors - they are a valuable resource for your home improvement and gardening questions.

With 350+ booths to explore and several unique feature displays to enjoy, plan to spend a few hours at the show. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a pen and paper to take notes, and have some cash on hand just in case a vendor doesn’t accept plastic (although most will).
